A Day at Midway Park

Derek and I went on May 29th to Midway Park with his Pre-K Class. It was such a fun trip! Midway is an amusement park for elementary kids. They had a bunch of fun little rides and bumper cars and a tilt-a-whirl, which I have not been on for years. The highlight for Derek though was the roller coasters, two little kids coasters and one little boys who just wanted to keep riding them again and again. The first time he went I rode with him but he is no mama's boy he just want to ride. Thanks mom for taking me now let me go have fun! I did let him steer the bumper cars and he had such a blast on the other rides I can hardly tell you all the excitement and fun he had. Here are a few pictures for you to enjoy.

Here are Derek and I on the tilt-a-whirl.

Derek driving his own car.

The only place to ride a roller coaster is in the front car! We have no idea who that little girl is that jumped in the front car with Derek and his friend Henry, but the boys didn't care!
