think, think, think...
Ever feel like Pooh Bear and you just think, think, think... I think and think so much through out the day. I find that there are hardly ever times in the day where my mind is just relaxed and absorbing things. Right now my husband and I are in the process of deciding if we should buy a house. Living in a single wide trailer hasn't been that bad until recently. Derek just turned four and Sarah is 2 1/2 she will be three this summer. We are just growing out of our house. We also have an 80 pound dog who takes up a ton of room herself. So the thinking thing keeps going on and on in my mind do we buy or not. Is the basement a problem or not? Is there actually anything that could be to wrong with the place that we won't buy it? Do we get a home inspector first or should we just make an offer? The thoughts go round and round in my head all day long. I really would just like to shut it off sometimes.

That's such a major decision - one that keeps you up at night with your heading spinning. I'll keep it in my prayers. Are you still thinking that you'll build in the future? I'm sure more space would be nice for all of you to spread out a bit - but there's so much that comes along with that - especially if it's a fixer upper! Keep me posted!
Thanks for the advice Kerri its appreciated. I am not sure what would be considered a first time home, if its your first mortgage or your first property you own. We own the trailer and the land we live on now which is my only concern about first time home buying things. I'll keep everyone posted as to what happens to us.
